Heat source equipment direct fired hot blast stove

 

Introduction of pellet hot-blast stove:

 

Direct-fired hot-blast stove is made up of combustion chamber, settling chamber and mixing air chamber. Fuel is put into the combustion chamber manually. Under the effect of air blower, the fuel burns fiercely and produces high-temperature smoke with dust, which enters into the settling chamber to remove dust. Certain amount of cold air can mix with the hot air from the clean room, so hot smoke of different temperature can be offered. It can offer heat source for various kinds of drying systems.

 

 

 

 

Advantage of pellet hot-blast stove:

2) high combustion efficiency, thermal efficiency > 95%, if the quantity of heating fuel consumption such as the table;
